Last updated: October 4, 2025. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Revenue Forge services. These Terms constitute an agreement between Revenue Forge (hereinafter referred to as "we") and the Client or service user (hereinafter referred to as "you"). By registering or using our services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use Revenue Forge services.
Scope of Services
Revenue Forge is a hybrid AI Operating System + Social Media Marketing company. Our services include, among others:
AI-Based Sales System – A sales automation system integrated with WhatsApp, email, SMS, and voice calls to quickly follow up with prospects. Examples include WhatsApp chatbots and automated multi-channel follow-up tools.
Performance Social Ads (Click-to-WhatsApp) – Management of digital advertising campaigns (such as Facebook/Instagram Ads) designed to encourage audiences to click through to WhatsApp (contact your business via WhatsApp), thereby increasing sales engagement.
Additional Services – Other services available include Automation OS (a business automation operating system), Creative/Ad Lab (creative ad creation and testing), a performance reporting dashboard, a Booking/No-Show Guard system (appointment setting and reminders to reduce customer no-shows), and an E-commerce Package to support online sales.
Specific details of each service, including included features and scope, will be outlined in a separate ordering document such as an Order Form, Statement of Work (SOW), or Service Agreement. The general terms on this page apply to all services provided by Revenue Forge, unless otherwise stated in writing in a separate agreement.
Service Fees
Revenue Forge services are provided based on a fee structure consisting of a setup fee (initiation) and a retainer fee (recurring, e.g., monthly). However, these Terms do not specify a specific price. The details and fees for your services will be outlined in the Order Form, SOW, or a separate written agreement between you and Revenue Forge. Some general terms and conditions regarding fees are as follows:
Fee Structure: You will be charged a one-time setup fee for the initial implementation of the system or campaign, as well as an ongoing service fee (retainer) based on the agreed package or scope of work.
Separate Advertising Spend: Advertising spend (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Ads budget, Google Ads, etc.) is borne separately by the Client. You can pay directly to the relevant advertising platform or through invoicing by Revenue Forge (as agreed in the Order Form). Our service fees do not include any third-party advertising spend.
Currency & Taxes: Unless otherwise agreed, all service fees will be billed in the currency specified in the Order Form or invoice (e.g., Indonesian Rupiah, UAE Dirham, or other currency). All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., VAT). The Client is responsible for paying any related taxes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Billing & Payment: Revenue Forge will send invoices according to an agreed-upon payment schedule (e.g., monthly at the beginning of the period). Payment must be made within the timeframe specified in the invoice or agreement (e.g., 14 days from the invoice date), unless otherwise specified.
Late Payment: If payment is late, Revenue Forge reserves the right to temporarily suspend services (e.g., halt advertising campaigns or system access) until payment is received. We also reserve the right to charge late fees or interest as stipulated in a separate agreement or to the extent permitted by law. Clients will be notified prior to any suspension of services.
(Note: Further details regarding pricing, service packages, or performance-based commissions (if any) will be outlined in the Order Form or separate Service Agreement. These terms only set out the general framework for fees and payments.)
Service Standards (SLA)
We are committed to providing superior service in accordance with the following Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our service standards (SLA snapshots) include:
First Response Time: The Revenue Forge team aims for a first response time to new leads or inquiries of less than 2 minutes during stated business hours. This means that when a lead/customer contacts us through our system (e.g., via WhatsApp or a connected chat), our AI system or team will respond very quickly (targeted at under 2 minutes).
Reporting Frequency: We provide regular performance reports. Daily summary reports can be accessed through the dashboard or daily notifications, and full reports can be accessed through the dashboard or daily notifications,A weekly report will be sent or presented to the Client at the end of each week. The report includes key metrics such as number of leads, conversion rates, ad performance, etc., depending on the service used.
Support Hours: Operational support is available during standard GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) business hours, which are approximately Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM GCC local time (GMT+4). During these support hours, our team is available to assist Clients with any technical questions or issues. Outside of these hours or on local holidays, we will endeavor to monitor the system and address urgent matters, but our response time may not be as prompt as during normal business hours. (Note: If the Client is located in a different time zone, the support schedule may be adjusted by agreement.)
The details of the above service guarantees are further detailed in Appendix C: Service Level Appendix. While we strive to meet our SLA targets, circumstances beyond our control (e.g., disruptions to third-party platforms or force majeure) may impact the achievement of these SLAs, as described in the Exceptions section of these Terms.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth collaboration and optimal results, the Client has the following obligations and responsibilities:
Legal Content & Use: You must ensure that all content, messages, contact data, and materials provided to Revenue Forge or used through our services do not violate applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of any third party. Using our services to send illegal content, pornography, hate speech, fraud, copyright infringement, or other materials that violate the Usage Policy in Appendix A is prohibited.
Contact Consent (Opt-in): You are responsible for ensuring that every consumer or prospect whose data you provide to us has given their consent (opt-in) to be contacted. This means that the WhatsApp number, email address, or other contact list used in the campaign must consist of individuals who are willing to receive messages from your business. Revenue Forge reserves the right to refuse or stop sending to contacts suspected of not providing consent in order to comply with anti-spam and privacy laws.
Compliance with Platform Policies: You must comply with the policies of third-party platforms related to the service. For example, if you use the WhatsApp Business API service through our system, WhatsApp template messages sent outside the 24-hour window must use templates approved by WhatsApp. Similarly, ad content must comply with the advertising guidelines of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc. You must provide us with approved message templates (if requested) and ensure that you do not request any unlawful messaging (e.g., sending promotional messages to WhatsApp users outside the last 24 hours of interaction without an approved template).
Access and Credentials: You must provide Revenue Forge with the necessary access to perform the services. For example, admin or manager access to your Facebook/Instagram ad account, your WhatsApp Business account (or Facebook Business Manager for WhatsApp API), access to your e-commerce account or CRM (if applicable), and so on. These credentials or access will be used solely for the performance of the contracted services, and we will maintain their confidentiality (see Data & Privacy section). Delays or failures on your part to provide required access may impact the schedule and results of the work, but do not relieve us of our obligation to pay for the time allocated to our team.
Ad Budget Provision: You are responsible for providing sufficient and agreed-upon advertising budget funds to run the campaign. If your advertising budget is channeled through Revenue Forge (e.g., you deposit payments with our advertising platform), you must ensure that funds are available on time. We are not responsible for any delays in results due to insufficient or late provision of advertising budget by the Client.
Timely Approval and Feedback: You are required to provide timely approval or feedback on advertising materials, creative content, campaign strategies, or other important changes. We will submit drafts or proposals for your approval throughout the work process. Delays in Client approval or feedback may result in delays in implementation, for which Revenue Forge is not responsible. However, we will endeavor to reasonably adjust the timeline if there are delays in approval.
By fulfilling the above responsibilities, you help us provide the best possible service and ensure that campaigns run according to plan. A breach of any of these Client responsibilities may constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination of service by Revenue Forge (see Termination section).
Data & Privacy
Revenue Forge takes data security and privacy seriously. The terms and conditions regarding Client data and privacy are as follows:
Privacy Policy & DPA: Any personal data you or end users provide to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, if applicable, a separate data processing agreement or Data Processing Addendum (DPA). We encourage you to read Revenue Forge's Privacy Policy, available on our website. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of that Privacy Policy. If a DPA is required (for example, for GDPR compliance for international data), we are prepared to provide one separately.
Confidentiality: Both parties (Revenue Forge and the Client) agree to maintain the confidentiality of confidential information and data obtained during the collaboration. Confidential information includes, among other things, business strategies, customer data, marketing plans, source code, or technical information that is not publicly available. Revenue Forge will not share or disclose confidential Client information to third parties without the Client's written consent, unless required by law or competent authority. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the collaboration ends.
Intellectual Property Rights: Unless otherwise expressly provided in writing, the Client retains ownership of any custom assets or materials created by Revenue Forge for you as a result of the services. For example, advertising content, graphic designs, copywriting, campaign data, or analytical reports created specifically for you – upon full payment for the project or period in question, such assets become your property. Until full payment is received, such assets or deliverables are the property or license of Revenue Forge.
Limited Tools & Platform License: You understand that Revenue Forge owns internally developed software, AI platforms, automation tools, templates, and other supporting technologies used to serve many clients. All intellectual property rights in these tools and platforms remain with Revenue Forge or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license during the term of the contract to use our platforms or tools in the context of the services we provide. This license is non-transferable and is for the sole purpose of your use of the services. Upon termination of the service, your access to our internal platforms and tools will be revoked, unless otherwise agreed.
Client Materials: You represent that any materials you provide to us (e.g., logos, images, text, contact lists, etc.) are your own or that you have the right to use them. You grant Revenue Forge a free license to use, modify, and distribute such materials solely for the purposes of performing the services to you. Title to such original materials remains with the Client, and we will not claim ownership of your brand assets.
Data Security: We will take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your systems and data, including implementing industry-standard encryption, authentication, and security procedures. However, you are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account, password, or other credentials provided to you to access our systems. Notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized access to your data or account.
For questions or requests regarding personal data and privacy, you can contact our data protection officer at abdurrakhman@revenueforge-ai.com or via WhatsApp at +62 857-8438-3656. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Service Limitations
While Revenue Forge is committed to delivering the best possible results, we must state the following limitations and disclaimers:
No Guarantee of Specific Results: Revenue Forge does not guarantee the achievement of specific business results from using our services. For example, we cannot guarantee an X% increase in sales or a specific number of leads, as results are influenced by many factors, including your product, market conditions, competition, and audience response. All performance figures provided previously (e.g., estimated ROI, target leads, etc.) are best projections based on data and assumptions, not promises or guarantees. You acknowledge that variability in results is a natural part of marketing services.
External Platform Risks: Service performance is highly dependent on external platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram advertising platforms, WhatsApp, email, SMS gateways, etc.). Revenue Forge is not responsible for any disruptions or losses caused by factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to: changes in platform policies or algorithms (e.g., sudden changesk advertising rules by Facebook, new restrictions on the WhatsApp API), account suspension or blocking by the platform (if caused by factors beyond our control), third-party system/service disruptions, internet outages, or force majeure events (power outages, natural disasters, riots, etc.). We will proactively address or communicate these issues if they arise, but these risks remain beyond our control.
Changes and Scope: If you request a change in the scope of services or an adjustment to your strategy mid-project (e.g., adding a new channel, changing campaign targets, revising materials beyond a reasonable amount, etc.), Revenue Forge reserves the right to evaluate the impact. Significant changes may require rescheduling or additional fees, which will be communicated to you before implementation. We are not obligated to fulfill requests for changes beyond the initial agreement without a new agreement. Additionally, if any service features that rely on third parties are discontinued or changed, we will try to provide a reasonable alternative but cannot guarantee the exact same features.
Attribution: (If applicable) We may use anonymous or aggregated data from your campaigns for performance analysis or internal case studies, but we will not reveal your identity or brand without your permission. Conversely, if you wish to announce a partnership with Revenue Forge or publish our work, please appropriately credit Revenue Forge as the service provider. Each party agrees not to claim undue credit for the work or results achieved through the collaboration.
The disclaimers and limitations above are intended to clarify expectations. Revenue Forge remains responsible for providing its best efforts in accordance with industry practices in serving you, but makes no guarantees regarding matters beyond its control or beyond the agreed scope.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Revenue Forge's liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the related services. In other words, if you suffer a loss, the maximum compensation we can claim from you will not exceed the total service fees you have paid to Revenue Forge during the most recent period (e.g., the last 3 months or the current contract period, whichever is shorter). Furthermore, under no circumstances will Revenue Forge be liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, third-party claims, or other consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This clause remains in effect even after the termination of your contract or use of the services.
Indemnification (Client Indemnification): You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revenue Forge, our affiliates, directors, employees, and partners, from any lawsuits, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
Your violation of these Terms of Service or applicable law;
Your use of the services in a manner that violates the rights of others or violates regulations (e.g., sending unauthorized messages to third parties or unlawful advertising content);
Data or materials you provide to us that give rise to a claim, such as providing a contact database that was collected without valid consent, or creative materials that infringe another party's copyright. If Revenue Forge receives a claim or subpoena due to a Client's actions or omissions, we will promptly notify you in writing and provide you with an opportunity to defend against the claim. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of our agreement.
Other Limitations: Nothing in these Terms limits either party's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for intentional fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond these limitations, the above limitations apply in full.
Trial Period & Termination
30-Day Trial Period: Service agreements typically begin with a 30-day trial period (unless otherwise agreed in the Order Form or your contract). This 30-day period is intended to assess the initial performance of the service and the suitability of the agreement. During or near the end of the trial period, both parties can evaluate the results:
If the service is deemed satisfactory, the collaboration will continue for the duration of the planned contract.(e.g., continued the following month on a subscription basis).
If there is substantial dissatisfaction, either party may terminate the agreement after the trial period with written notice before the trial period ends. If terminated during the trial period, the Client remains obligated to pay for the services rendered on a pro-rated basis (proportional to the duration or work performed).
Continuing Contract Duration: After the trial period, the service contract will continue according to the agreed terms (e.g., automatic monthly renewal or for a specified period such as 6 months or 1 year, depending on the terms of the agreement). Unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms, the agreement is deemed to continue with the obligation to pay the retainer and continue providing services.
Termination with Notice: After the trial period, either party may terminate the service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice to the other party, unless otherwise agreed. Notice of termination must be provided via official email or written letter. The service will continue during the notice period until the effective date of termination. The Client is responsible for paying the service fee for the notice period on a pro-rata basis.
Termination for Breach: If either party materially breaches these Terms or any related agreement (e.g., the Client fails to pay within a reasonable time, or Revenue Forge breaches a material obligation), and such breach cannot or is not remedied within 7 business days of written notice, the other party shall have the right to terminate the agreement for cause before the end of the contract term. Termination for breach does not require the 30-day notice as above, but must be accompanied by a written explanation of the breach.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination or termination of the agreement:
Service Termination: Revenue Forge will terminate all ongoing services on the effective date of termination. Your access to our platform or systems will be revoked, unless otherwise agreed.
Outstanding Payments: The Client must repay all outstanding payments for services provided up to the date of termination, including pro rata fees for the period used and any third-party advertising costs (if any) already committed to.
Data Return/Deletion: Upon request, Revenue Forge will return Client data held in our systems, such as contact lists or performance reports, in a reasonable format. We will then delete or anonymize the Client's personal data from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations (except for data we must retain for accounting or internal legal purposes).
Asset Transfer: If any campaign assets (e.g., ad accounts, pixels, creative materials) need to be transferred, we will work with the Client to transfer ownership or access to them, provided payment obligations have been met. For example, a WhatsApp Business API account registered under a project name can be transferred, or admin access to the ad account can be fully restored to the Client.
Surviving Provisions: The portions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (such as confidentiality obligations, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.
Termination does not extinguish either party's pre-existing rights or liabilities that arose before the termination date.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [agreed-upon country]. (Example: the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, or the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) if specified in the contract.) The applicable legal jurisdiction will be stated in the Order Form or the master agreement between the Client and Revenue Forge. Dispute Resolution: If a dispute or disagreement arises regarding these Terms or the performance of these services, the parties agree to pursue the following resolution steps in sequence:
Negotiation and Consultation – Initially, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through informal discussion and negotiation in good faith. For example, through meetings or written communication to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
Mediation (Optional) – If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days, the parties may voluntarily elect to mediate with a neutral mediator. Mediation will be conducted at a location and using procedures mutually agreed upon. The costs of the mediation will be borne equally by both parties (unless otherwise agreed).
Arbitration/Adjudication Board or Court – If negotiation/mediation efforts fail or one party refuses to mediate, the dispute will be resolved.Resolve through binding arbitration or court proceedings as agreed:
If the contract specifies an arbitration forum (e.g., arbitration under the rules of a local arbitration institution), the parties will follow that procedure, and the arbitration decision will be final and binding on both parties.
If there is no specific arbitration clause, the dispute will be brought before a competent court in the applicable jurisdiction. For example, if the chosen law is UAE law, the parties agree that the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [UAE]; if Indonesian law applies, it will be resolved in the competent District Court [in Indonesia].
The parties agree not to file disputes through class actions; each dispute will be handled individually between Revenue Forge and the Client.
Changes to Terms
Revenue Forge may make changes or updates to these Terms & Conditions of Service from time to time, particularly in the event of service adjustments, legal changes, or new internal policies. If we make material (significant) changes to these Terms, we will notify you by one or more of the following methods: (a) sending a notification to your registered email address, (b) displaying an announcement on our dashboard or service application, or (c) announcing it through the official Revenue Forge website. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "last updated" date at the top of this document will indicate the most recent version. By continuing to use our services after the changes to these Terms become effective, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to terminate your use of the services in accordance with the Termination provisions above.
Appendices
Below are the appendices that are an integral part of the Revenue Forge Terms of Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you are also deemed to have agreed to the terms in each of the following Appendices:
Appendix A: Acceptable Use Policy
This Appendix A sets out the restrictions and ethics for Clients' use of Revenue Forge services. Its purpose is to ensure that our services are used responsibly and legally. Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in service suspension. Here are the key points:
Legal & Ethical Use: Our services may only be used for lawful purposes. Using the Revenue Forge platform or services for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, illegal gambling, money laundering, intellectual property infringement, or activities that support criminal activity, is prohibited.
Prohibited Content: You may not use our services to store, send, or distribute prohibited content. This includes illegal pornography, hate speech, incitement to violence, harmful fake news (hoaxes), malware or viruses, and other content that violates legal and social norms. Revenue Forge reserves the right to block the delivery of content detected in violation of these provisions.
Spam & Unsolicited Messages: Using our system to send spam – that is, unsolicited or unsolicited bulk messages without the recipient's consent, whether via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other channels – is strictly prohibited. You must comply with anti-spam regulations (e.g., the ITE Law and its derivative regulations in Indonesia, or the CAN-SPAM Act in the US, where relevant) and ensure that each recipient has opted in. Promotional messages must include a clear opt-out mechanism where required by law.
Resource Usage: You may not abuse our infrastructure. For example, you may not attempt to hack our systems, reverse engineer our software, or intentionally overload our servers with unreasonable requests. The use of bots or unauthorized scripts to access our services is also prohibited, except through the official APIs we provide (where available and permitted).
Security & Access: You must maintain the security of your account and device while using the services. Do not share your login credentials with unauthorized parties. If you become aware of a security breach or misuse of the services (e.g., a hacked account or a malicious bug), please report it immediately so we can take action.
Third-Party Platform Compliance: When using our services connected to other platforms (such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, etc.), you are also bound by the terms of service and usage policies of those platforms. For example, WhatsApp has policies regarding the types of messages that can be sent and requires templates to be approved outside of a 24-hour window. You must comply with all such policies. If a third party platform disables the service due to slowRevenue Forge is not responsible for any consequences from the Client's side and may terminate your service.
Audit & Enforcement: Revenue Forge reserves the right to monitor Client compliance with this Usage Policy. If we discover or receive reports of violations, we may take necessary enforcement action, including warnings to the Client, temporary suspension of service, and unilateral termination of the service contract in cases of serious or repeated violations. We will also cooperate with law enforcement when required regarding misuse of the service for illegal activities.
By adhering to the Usage Policy above, we collectively maintain a safe and productive service ecosystem for all parties.
Appendix B: Brand/Asset Access Policy
This Appendix B governs the procedures and responsibilities regarding access to Client digital assets and accounts necessary for the performance of the services, as well as Revenue Forge's use of Client brand assets. The policy highlights are as follows:
Provision of Access by Client: Client will grant Revenue Forge the access necessary to perform the services. This may include adding us as an admin or manager (with the appropriate role) on the following accounts (as needed for the service): Facebook Business Manager ad accounts, Instagram Business accounts, Google Ads accounts, Google Analytics accounts, WhatsApp Business API or BSP (Business Solution Provider) accounts, e-commerce accounts (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), calendar/booking accounts, and other relevant accounts. We will provide technical instructions for providing secure access, if necessary.
Secure Access: We recommend that Clients do not share personal passwords. Instead, use official mechanisms such as Facebook Business Manager partner access, Google Ads manager account linking, or securely sharing API tokens. If password sharing is necessary (e.g., for specific accounts), change it immediately once our access is no longer required. Revenue Forge is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you provide.
Use of Brand Assets: Clients grant Revenue Forge permission to use your logo, brand name, slogan, product images, and other branded materials in the creation of advertising or promotional materials as part of the service. This use is solely for the benefit of your campaign/service and will follow your provided branding guidelines. We will not materially alter your logo or brand assets without your consent. All brand assets remain the property of the Client; we only have limited usage rights for the duration of the service.
Compliance with Guidelines: If the Client has specific brand guidelines or communication policies, please communicate them to the Revenue Forge team at the outset of the project. We will strive to adhere to your brand's tone, style, and policies in all our output. Client feedback and review are crucial to ensuring alignment with the brand identity.
Access Changes: The Client will not revoke or change Revenue Forge's access from necessary accounts during the project without prior notice or agreement. Unilaterally revoking access could hinder our work. If you need to change permissions (e.g., for internal security reasons), please coordinate with us to avoid disrupting the campaign.
After Service Termination: Upon completion or termination of the service contract, Revenue Forge will remove itself from access to the Client's accounts (or the Client may revoke our access). We will ensure that no harmful changes are left behind and that all assets are restored to their original state or as delivered. Any analytics or pixel data belonging to the Client in the ad account will remain the property of the Client. If any accounts or assets are created by Revenue Forge on behalf of the Client (e.g., new ad accounts, landing pages, etc.), the credentials or ownership will be transferred to the Client once all obligations are met.
Client Responsibilities for Assets: Ensure you have the rights to the digital assets you request access to. Revenue Forge is not responsible for any violations that occur if the Client requests unauthorized access or use of another party's assets. The Client must ensure that the use of their digital assets (e.g., databases, software, etc.) in this project complies with the terms of the relevant third-party license or policy.
This access policy ensures that both parties are clear about the rights and obligations regarding the use of assets and accounts, ensuring a smooth and secure collaboration.
Appendix C: Service Level Appendix
This Appendix C provides further details on the service levels offered by Revenue Forge, complementing the SLA overview mentioned above. The following figures and descriptions represent operational targets. This isn't an absolute promise, but Revenue Forge will do its best to meet the following:
Lead Response Time: For AI Sales System services that handle inbound leads (e.g., from Click-to-WhatsApp ads or web forms), the system targets a First Response Time of <2 minutes. This means that within 2 minutes of a prospect sending a message or filling out a form, they will receive an initial response, either from an automated chatbot or our human sales team (during business hours). This target is monitored, and an average compliance rate of ≥90% is expected. (Note: Outside of business hours, prospects will receive an automated response and be followed up promptly during the next business hour.)
Support Ticket Resolution: If a Client submits a technical support ticket or complaint, our team will respond within 4 hours (during business hours) to confirm receipt of the issue. Initial resolution/solution will be attempted within ≤1 business day for common issues, or ≤4 hours for critical issues that prevent the system from running at all. If it takes longer, we will provide an estimated handling time. 3. Platform Uptime: For the Automation OS platform components and dashboards accessed by Clients, we aim for 99% uptime per month. Planned downtime (e.g., maintenance) will be notified in advance. Unplanned downtime due to disruptions will be addressed as quickly as possible and factored into the uptime SLA. (99% uptime means a maximum of approximately 7 hours of downtime in 30 days).
Report Delivery: A concise Daily Report (e.g., daily lead summary via email or dashboard) will be available every business day before [XX:XX]. A complete Weekly Report will be sent every Thursday/Friday (or the last business day of the week) no later than [XX:XX] or an agreed-upon time. A detailed monthly or 30-day post-pilot report will also be presented at the review meeting.
Service Hours & Contact: The Revenue Forge team is available during GCC business hours, Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+4) via agreed-upon communication channels (e.g., email, WhatsApp, or project management platform). For Clients in Indonesia or other Asian regions, this is equivalent to Sunday–Thursday 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM WIB. We are also available on Fridays half-day (until 12:00 PM GMT+4) for urgent matters. Friday afternoons and Saturdays are considered outside of normal operating hours unless specific support arrangements are made. Revenue Forge will provide an emergency contact for critical issues outside of these hours if needed.
Quality Assurance: Every published advertising material will undergo an internal Quality Check process to ensure it aligns with the brief and is free of any major errors (e.g., broken links, misspelled brands, etc.). We aim for zero errors in the final Client-approved material. If any errors are missed, we will correct them as soon as they are detected at no additional cost.
Miscellaneous: Additional SLA details (if any, depending on the service package) will be included in the contract or proposal. For example, Revenue Forge may include a No-Show Guard SLA (appointment reminder success rate) or an E-commerce Pack SLA (e.g., catalog update speed), depending on the service purchased. All SLAs are best-effort based and exclude extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances as described in the Disclaimer of Warranties section.
Please note that if Revenue Forge consistently fails to meet its promised SLA (e.g., significantly below target for an extended period), the Client has the right to discuss remediation, which may include a free service upgrade, service credits, or other mutually agreed-upon measures. This SLA demonstrates our commitment to quality service to you.
These are the Revenue Forge Terms & Conditions of Service and their attachments. By using our services, you agree to all of the above provisions. If you require further clarification regarding these Terms, please contact us via email at abdurrakhman@revenueforge-ai.com or phone/WhatsApp at +62 857-8438-3656.
